Please note that all of our items are made to order, specially crafted just for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items once the order has been placed.
Damaged Items or Manufacturing Errors
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing error, please contact us within 21 days of delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
